1. Proof of Purchase & Exchange Policy

• An original invoice must be presented for any jewellery exchange within 7 days of the purchase date.

• The product must be in its original condition, showing no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

• Richie Gold & Diamond reserves the right to inspect the item before approving any exchange.

 

Note:

There will be no return or exchange on:

• Lab-grown diamonds

• Pearls

• Custom-made jewellery or personalized orders

 

2. Cancellation Policy

In the event you wish to cancel your order, there will be a 15% cancellation fee.

 

3. Product Liability & Ownership

Once the jewellery has been purchased and collected or delivered, Richie Gold & Diamond is not liable for:

• Any loss, theft, or damage

• Any alteration or servicing done by third parties

• Natural wear and tear over time

 

4. Deductions on Exchange or Refund

If an exchange or refund is approved, the following direct or indirect charges will be deducted:

• Credit card processing fees

• Bank transfer charges

• Import/export duties or customs clearance fees

• Shipping or insurance charges (if applicable)

• Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. 

 

5. Online Store Terms

You may not use our products or services for any unlawful purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

 

Any form of misuse, fraud, or abuse will result in the immediate termination of service and possible legal action.

 

Richie Gold and Diamond will not deal or provide to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

 

6. Product Accuracy & Visual Display

We make every effort to represent our jewellery as accurately as possible. However:

• Images may appear larger or smaller than actual size for clarity.

• Colour and brilliance may vary slightly depending on your screen.

 

Richie Gold & Diamond reserves the right to update product details, availability, or pricing without prior notice.

 

7. Payment Terms

• All transactions are processed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams).

• Prices listed in other currencies are for reference only and may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations.
• We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED (or any other agreed currency).

 

We accept secure online payments via major credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Full payment is required before dispatch.

 

8. Custom Design Orders

Custom design orders are:

• Non-refundable

• Non-exchangeable

• Subject to a separate timeline, pricing, and approval process discussed at the time of order.

 

You agree that custom orders may have slight variations due to the handmade nature of the product.

 

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, product names, and design layouts is the intellectual property of Richie Gold & Diamond and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

Richie Gold & Diamond shall not be held liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Misuse or mishandling of the product after sale

• Shipping delays, force majeure, or third-party actions beyond our control

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Dubai courts. Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE.
